Barnardo’s thanks GSE UK

Carrie Bater, Regional Fundraising Manager – Midlands at Barnardo’s had this to say following receipt of monies raised by GSE UK 2019 Conference attendees:

“I wanted to say a massive thank you for making the donation raised at the GSE Conference. £2361 is such an amazing amount to have raised from a raffle, especially when I know we were not the only benefitting charity! Your conference attendees are very generous, and we are truly grateful for your support.

As I’m sure you can imagine, the coronavirus crisis is already having a huge impact on the income we are raising, yet the need for our services has never been higher. This donation really will enable us to continue to support the thousands of children we do, during these difficult times and beyond.

Thank you once again, on behalf of all those we support. And please do keep yourselves safe in these worrying times.”
