Welcome to the GSE UK CICS Working Group
This group focuses on the IBM CICS Transaction Server and associated tools and products.
We share knowledge on new features, ideas and innovations. We also represent UK users in Requests for Enhancement to IBM CICS Transaction Server and associated products.
Group members have fast access to the latest developments from IBM and its UK Labs at Hursley, with an opportunity to discuss highly specialized subjects with their peers. Our objectives include:
- Championing UK customer requirements: UK Community RFE requests
- Sharing the latest information from IBM on CICS Transaction Server
- Sharing the latest information on CICS-related software from IBM and ISVs
- Communicating user experiences with CICS and CICS related production
We hold one meeting each year, with an average of 15-20 participants attending.
