Please report to the reception desk at the main entrance on arrival. You will then be registered, issued with an ID badge and directed / escorted to the meeting room.
From M40 (south/London via Oxford) Warwick/Stratford.
Follow signs for A46 to Coventry. Leave the A46 at the first exit signposted A4177/A425
Solihull/Warwick. Take the third exit from the roundabout and IBM is immediately on the
left.
From M6 - north/north west
Leave M6 at junction 4 and join the M42. Follow M42 (westbound) to M40. Leave M40 at
junction 15 onto A46, then follow directions above.
From M5 - south west
Leave M5 at junction 9 and take A46 following signs for Evesham, Stratford and then
Warwick.Go over M40 continuing to follow signs for A46 Warwick/Coventry. Leave A46 at the
next exit, signposted A4177/A425 Solihull/Warwick. Take third exit from roundabout and IBM
is immediately on the left.
From M6 - east
Leave M6 at junction 2, following signs to A46 Warwick. At the end of the A46 there is a
large island signposted A45, Coventry Airport/Warwick. Follow the A45 Birmingham signs,
leaving at the first exit to rejoin the A46 towards Warwick. Ignore first exit to Warwick
(A429) then leave at next exit (A4177/A425 Solihull/Warwick). Take the first exit at the
roundabout and IBM is immediately on the left.
From M1 - north
Leave the M1 at junction 21 and join the M69, which eventually becomes the A46. When the
A46 ends at an island follow directions from M6 - east above.
From M1 - south
Leave the M1 at junction 17 and join the M45. Stay on M45 until it becomes the A45
(Coventry), then follow A45 until A46 (Warwick) is signposted. Take A46 Warwick exit and
then follow directions from M6 - east above.
Parking
There is ample on-site parking.
Coventry: Railway station (10 miles), taxi approx £15, journey time 30 mins, no bus available
Leamington Spa: Railway station (3 miles), taxi approx £6, journey time 10 mins, bus stop outside Crown Hotel, 2 mins walk away from railway station, Bus "C" required, ask driver for IBM stop, journey time approx 30 mins.
Warwick: nearest railway station, but fewer trains, limited taxi and bus facilities (The Birmingham - Snowhill to London - Marylebone line stops at Leamington & Warwick). Trains run at two hourly intervals, approx.
Taxis are available locally to and from the site from Darson Taxis on 01926 499 427, and Tudor Taxis on 01926 496 661.
It is suggested that if you are arriving at Birmingham International Airport (18 miles from the location), you take a taxi to IBM Warwick. IBM reception at Warwick on 01926 464000 can make arrangements for a taxi to meet your 'plane as necessary. The journey is about 16 miles and takes approximately 25 minutes.
Please find below a list of hotels in the Warwick area. The first two are just off the M40. The other hotels are in Warwick town Centre. It is a taxi ride into town from the "M40" hotels.
