Please report to the reception desks at the main entrance on arrival.  You will then be issued with an ID badge and directed to the meeting room.

By Road:

Leave M25 at Junction 13 turning east towards London on the A30.  After 3.9 miles turn right at the Clockhouse roundabout (third exit).  Follow the signs for IBM and New Square.  IBM is at the south-west end of the Square, to the left as you drive in.   There is ample visitor parking.

By Tube:

Take the Picadilly line to Hatton Cross and catch the Estate bus service (departing at 08:05, 08:50 or 09:40 and taking about 10 minutes.  Alternatively continue to Terminal 4 at Heathrow and walk (about 0.5 miles west along the A30).
