Abstract:

This session will introduce the concepts of business event processing and then focus on WebSphere Business Events (WBE). It will look at scenarios and capabilies of CICS as an emitter of business events for consumption by WBE. This talk will also review the interoperability of IBM ESB technologies (WebSphere Message Broker and WebSphere ESB) with WBE.

Tetti Pandelias is a Consulting IT Specialist specializing in the area of Business Integration. She is a member of the British Computer Society. Most recently Tetti has focused on the insurance and banking industries. Tetti focuses on architecting solutions to meet the client's business integration requirements. She has had extensive experience in Messaging and ESB technologies, with recent focus on Process Integration and Business Events.
