"Be Recognized"
Session Speaker: Jim McNeill (Vanguard)Session Chairman:When: Tuesday 28th October @ 16:45Where: Kenilworth 3 |

Part One: DSMON is a program that generates up to 11 reports pertaining to z/OS integrity and critical aspects of your RACF implementation. In this double session, you will learn how to create some or all of the 11 DSMON reports and interpret the data found in those reports.
Common exposures and security and integrity Best Practices issues are identified through the reports and Vanguard Best Practices recommendations are given for their correction. This is a very practical and "how to" oriented session. To make the session more meaningful for you, bring a copy of the output from the DSMON utility executed in your environment.
Chapter 4 of the RACF Auditor's Guide will show you how to execute the utility. You can begin immediately to assess your own security and integrity environment.
