Contacts Event: For those accompanying conference delegates wishing to attend the Evening Contacts Event there is an additional charge of ............................................................... £15.00

Speakers, Exhibitors (2 per stand) and Working Group Committee members have free entry to the conference. To claim this select ‘Speaker’, ‘Exhibitor’ or ‘Committee’ in the boxes dated ‘4th’ and/or ‘5th’ on the Registration Form.

Hotel accommodation: Special rates have been agreed with the Whittlebury Hall Hotel that will be available to conference delegates when they register with us for the GSE Conference. These rates are as follows:

Whittlebury Hall Standard Room B&B Rate (Conference Hotel) .................. £100.00 per night inc VAT
                             Deluxe Room B&B Rate (Conference Hotel) .................. £130.00 per night inc VAT

Less expensive hotels are available in the area. These can be searched for by following this link to Google Maps.

On the registration form there are several payment options: pay by credit card and send the form from our secure server; or pay by cheque payable to "GSE Conferences" and send the printed form (in landscape format with 0 margins) to us by post. Of course if you would prefer not to use the secure server we will gladly accept your registration form with all credit card details completed by fax or post.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Please note that, unless you cancel your registration at least 15 working days before the meeting, you will still be liable for the full amount if, for whatever reason, you do not attend.

Terms and Conditions for free attendance:

1. This offer only applies to the conference fee. It does not apply to hotel accommodation and meals other than those provided during the conference.
2. Delegates must register before the expiry of the early bird period which will end 4 weeks prior to the conference date.
3. The offer is limited to the first 5 delegates from each member organisation. Please contact us if you want to send more than 5 delegates as other offers may be available at that time.
4. Each delegate must attend or cancel their registration at least 24 hours before the conference. No shows will be charged £85 to cover the cost to GSE for providing the wasted conference facilities and food.
