Following up on the 'Speak-Easy' session in 2005, which concentrated on developing actor-based vocal skills, this year's session will focus on the more physical and behavioural side of things. Exercises originally developed for actors have proved to be exceedingly effective within groups of business people working towards a collective outcome. The participants will be introduced to the ways in which professional actors develop personal and co-operative skills designed to improve their ability to co-operate and empathise. Via these exercises we will address two essential questions: 'What makes a good team member?' 'What makes a good leader?' As was the case in 2005, people can either watch and enjoy, or preferably, join in the fun!
