Abstract:

In his presentation Stuart will give a brief overview of BMC's pricing strategy for the Mainframe touching on Sub-Capacity pricing, Speciality Engines, and an introduction to BMC's new pricing model.

Stuart is the EMEA Best Practices Manager for BMC Software Ltd. Based in the UK. With over 21 years IT experience, Stuart started his career in Operations and has held a variety of roles in the Aviation & Finance sectors, including S/370 Assembler Programmer. Twelve years ago he joined an Independent Software Vendor (ISV), starting in Technical Support, and moving into Software Consultancy, specialising in BMC's Mainframe Service Management solutions. Stuart has held a number of roles within BMC including Product Marketing, Business Development & Sales. For the past two years Stuart's primary focus has been Mainframe licensing, pricing and Sales best practices.
