Abstract:

With MQ V5.3 going out of support at the end of September, this session is a quick reminder of the various enhancements available to users - and the specific ones used at one client site with screenshots are them used 'in anger'. It will cover both the IBM mainframe and Linux/Solaris.

Ruud has covered all aspects of MQ on various platforms which include systems programming, systems administration, development and consultancy over the last 10 years, and is a regular contributor to Xephon's MQ Update magazine.
