Abstract:

WebSphere Message Broker has a critical role in helping IBM clients on their path to a Service Oriented Architecture. This session provides an overview of the technology followed by a detailed discussion of the new features to be added to the very latest release of WebSphere(r) Message Broker.

Matt Lucas is a senior software developer on the WebSphere Message Broker team at the IBM Hursley Software Lab in the UK. He joined IBM in 1997, and has worked on Message Broker since the days of WebSphere MQ Integrator V2.1. He is now a technical lead and product architect, specialising in all aspects of broker administration. In his spare time he enjoys the theatre, playing the piano, and playing far too many video games. You can contact Matt at lucas@uk.ibm.com.
