Abstract:

Carolyn will show how to set up FTP using secure ports and certificates, including creating self-signed certificates. She will also explain anonymous ftp on z/OS Similarly, for Telnet including using ExpressLogon and PassTickets.

Carolyn began her career in IT as a COBOL programmer with HM Treasury in 1982. After several jobs programming with a variety of languages and with CICS and IMS she became a sys prog heavily involved with Security. This included involvement in ACF2 and Top Secret conversions to RACF. Since working for Rocket Software Carolyn has been working as a sysprog including z/OS, CICS and RACF. She is also involved with some of Rocket Software's security products.
